Cancer Support Community
The Cancer Support Community is a local organization the
offers programs of support, education and stress reduction, free of charge, to
anyone affected by cancer, including caregivers, family, and friends. Our
services are provided to people touched by all cancers at any stage of the
disease, from newly diagnosed through survivorship. We hold over 75 services
each month to just over 1,000 members. Just a small list of services we provide
are weekly/monthly support groups, yoga, creative expression, healthy cooking,
meditation, Kempo for Kids with cancer, a resource library, and a FREE wig
salon.
